We believe in the importance of partnering local community
leaders, agencies and government bodies to promote social cohesion with surrounding
communities and preserve its environment. We seek to provide our residents with a sense
of belonging and understanding with adjacent communities through indoor and outdoor
recreational activities. We also ensure our manufacturing processes adhere to strict
environmental standards to minimise any impact on the surrounding environment.

We treat every individual with consideration and dignity. We are sensitive and attentive
to different needs arising from the diverse backgrounds, nationalities, religions, traditions and
culture. We have in place consultation and grievance mechanisms for the well-being of our residents,
customers and staff.

We believe that providing the required sense of security to our customers
and stakeholders is of paramount importance. We have in place security plans and
measures to protect our residents from theft and physical attacks and have designed
internal house rules to provide an organised and safe environment for community living.
We also follow strict guidelines and rules to protect customers’ interest on intellectual
property and product security.
