BUSINESS OVERVIEW
2013 was a year of growth for the Group. The Group
strengthened and diversified its portfolio with the
acquisition of two new workers accommodation assets
in Johor, a student accommodation in Melbourne, and a
development site in Jakarta. In addition, the Group also
won a land tender in Singapore for the development
of a 4,100-bed workers accommodation in Woodlands.

Description
Westlite Toh Guan is a
purpose-built foreign
workers dormitory.
It comprises eight
blocks of worker
accommodation
buildings, including
the new 18-storey
block that was
completed in January
2014. Each unit
is equipped with
attached bathroom,
dining area as well as
a kitchen for residents
to prepare their meals
in.
The construction
of Westlite Mandai
was completed in
two phases in 2013.
The first phase was
completed in April,
adding 4,750 beds to
the Group’s portfolio,
and the second phase
in October, adding
another 1,550 beds.
Westlite Tuas is
one of the largest
dormitories in
Singapore. It
was awarded the
prestigious BCA
Green Mark Gold
Award in 2010, in
recognition of its eco-
friendly design and
features. Each unit is
equipped with single-
deck beds, an LCD
television and free
WiFi access.
The Group is
currently developing
a 4,100-bed workers
accommodation
located at Woodlands
Avenue 10. Ongoing
construction and
development works
are expected to be
completed in 2015.

into providing student accommodation while the
development site in Jakarta is our first endeavour into
the workers accommodation in Indonesia. With these
new additions and upon completion of development
works, our portfolio will comprise over 53,300 beds
geographically diversified across Singapore, Malaysia,
Australia and Indonesia.
